Australian Labradoodles require routine grooming since their coat does not shed and is prone to matting. Are you prepared to spend the required time and money grooming your new dog?*

If you are unable to care for your puppy at any point and time, we request you notify us so we can assist you in finding a new home for your dog. Do you agree to this?*

Do you own your home or are you renting? NOTE: if you rent, a signed letter from your landlord stating that dogs are permitted on the property must be received before a puppy will be placed with you. Sweet Tea reserves the right to contact your landlord.*
